I'm glad you are getting to my s...HI Feathers!
I'm glad you are getting to my stuff on Casey Anthony. Wonder Woman? Bwahhh! I did feel like i needed super human strength at times reading them. The post ended up being 3 parts, this being the third.

I usually don't write specifically about the "breaking news" in this case. There are blogs (Trials and Tribulations and Marinade Dave are my favs) That break down the legal issues in a timely manner and so well there is no point for me to bother. I try to pick out things in the case that interest me. I can go months and not write about this case and then bam bam bam 3 in a row. LOL

Dave's most recent post about the jail visits was very interesting. The Dr visit on July 23 who specializes in adults who suffered sexual abuse as a child is very telling....also interesting that Baez and Cheney were in there to put their heads together the next day. Casey never has taken a polygraph that I know off. Makes one wonder if those letters weren't a plant....Well one of them do anyway....I am looking into it and have started a blog on it. I got a little sidetracked with the missing person case that came up, Eric Preimesberger,30. I'll get back to it.
Love ya back ((O))
Katkatfishhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17677596326492200191noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7611061455662911041.post-7474933794587755002010-07-28T18:35:51.718-05:002010-07-28T18:35:51.718-05:00I don't know whether to call you Katfish or Wo...I don't know whether to call you Katfish or WonderWoman! You actually read every letter? That makes you the 9th Wonder! Seriously, though, I commend you! You never cease to amaze me, Kat!

Seizures? Nada. Moments of D.D.? Most definately. Delusional Disorder. It's so typical of narcissists/sociopaths to be so delusional as to believe every word that proceeds from their mouths, and no matter how ludicrous the words that flow. And flow they do. This has never been more true than with Casey, who would just go on and on and on, with such incredible detail, and I am certain, while seeing the images of which she spoke in her head, even so that those things of which she spoke became her truths for the moment.

As an aside, I would so like to know what the results were of whatever psychologicals, as well as the results of what polygraphs. It wouldn't surprise me, if she passed or the results were deemed inconclusive.

Every now and then the possibility of split personality comes to mind, but thus far, I've seen no evidence of that.

She baffles me, anyway,as she seems to be beyond even Broderick in callous coldness. Broderick's children served a purpose, and I don't know that she'd have had it in her to actually kill one of them. Nothing in this world, at this point in time, would convince me that Casey saw any good purpose in Caylee. That sounds harsh, doesn't it? I wish I felt able to apologize.

((0)) love ya.

FeathersAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7611061455662911041.post-49273770261240124602010-06-05T17:28:42.235-05:002010-06-05T17:28:42.235-05:00LCM!!!

WOW! Just WOW and kudos to you f...Hello My Friend!

WOW! Just WOW and kudos to you for getting thru those letters! They made my eyeballs ache! The patience of a saint and the mind of a great detective/profiler, to be able to wade thru the junk and find the meat - then to use it without prejudice to tell the story. You dear girl, ROCK!

The letters, added to the disfunction we have witnessed in action, you really never know what goes on behind closed doors. I believe if the A's had not spent so much time and energy cleaning up after KC and made her take responsibility for her actions long ago - there never would have been a story out of Orlando about a missing two year old named Caylee Marie Anthony.

I can just see how Cindy will twist these letters to show the kindly, mothering KC "adopting" other prisoners in spite of her own dire circumstances. Any comments by KC about her own troubles would be an attempt to bond and empathize. One comment I found very interesting -

"I know that Caylee's nanny, the "real" Zenaida... I know in my heart that she's not responsible but I don't blame her for not showing her face. Would you want to be sitting here with me for something you didn't do?"

Hmmm, if only the "real Zenaida" would show her face - KC would not be sitting there!

Speaking of adopting - KC commenting on all the children out there who deserve to be loved - WTH? I would have beat her over the head with the book she left that note in.

I love the motor-home you put them in, I kinda figured it would be an old, broken down Ford truck with a homemade camper shell - you know the kind I mean, a truck from the 1950's or early 60's that has spent 4 decades sitting in someone's front yard - up on blocks, one that they would be paid to take off the property!

It seems somethings haven't changed at all - notice she wrote: "No matter how little or how much money I have someday, all I want is to live comfortably, not worrying about bills, food or even a few clothes." Aside from their cookbook she doesn't really mention where the money is going to come from - I guess it will magically appear, just like the money she has been using for years.

OK; something changed here; "Everything in moderation and modesty." LOL

Something of interest that Det Yuri pointed out - at the time KC told her newest bff Adams, about the remains turning up around the block from her folks house - LE had not yet released information about the blanket being found with the remains.

What I recall about the missing money was that Cindy paid Shirley back the first time and convinced her not to call LE (this was money stolen at the time of Caylee's 2nd Birthday, the larger amount - The money missing from the nursing home acct; that KC told Shirley was to buy a phone (to use at work, for her nonexistent job) the bank refunded the account - Shirley told them she wanted them to press charges but for whatever reason the bank never followed thru. (I don't recall Cindy refunding this money).

OK I'll stop. (I could pick apart those letters all day long!) Again excellent read as always. While I haven't decided exactly how Caylee was killed, your theory makes a lot of sense. That would explain why the ladder was out, the cadaver dogs hitting in the back yard, borrowing the shovel and items being used from the home to dispose of Caylee.
The day George noticed the cans gone, made the police report about the gas cans and Casey blocked George as he tried to get in the trunk was on June 24. That would have been 8 days that she left Caylee in the trunk assuming Caylee was killed on the 16th. I question rather Caylee's body was in the trunk that long in FL heat, but who's to say Casey didn't have a close call on another day. Whether Caylee was in the trunk or not George would know that smell. I have a feeling the SAO has more evidence than we have seen. They have to prove that Casey premeditated to kill Caylee or did so in the course of aggravated child abuse to get a conviction of 1st degree murder. I think your idea for a computer generated replication of Caylee with the tape would be a very vivid message.

Here is a link to a transcript of the interview George gave to LE about the gas can incident:

http://www.docstoc.com/docs/2419801/Casey-Anthony-George-Anthony-Transcript-4-Aug08katfishhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17677596326492200191noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7611061455662911041.post-58111156127704339662010-05-27T11:25:22.279-05:002010-05-27T11:25:22.279-05:00P.S. (adding on my previous comment). I think it ...P.S. (adding on my previous comment). I think it would be very telling if the prosecutor could replicate a picture of the duct tape on Caylee's face based on the size of the duct tape and the size of Caylee's face for exact placement. We know it covered her mouth and nose but I think a jury seeing a computer generated replication of this would say a lot about the killer's intent.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7611061455662911041.post-54923138744429185802010-05-27T11:20:08.544-05:002010-05-27T11:20:08.544-05:00Katfish - I really enjoyed your recap of the lette...Katfish - I really enjoyed your recap of the letters. I have also tried to muddle thru them. I think Casey killed Caylee because she was so mad at her mother and retaliation against Caylee was the perfect revenge. Casey left with Caylee, Caylee started throwing a fit or calling for Cici, Casey was stressed, Casey grabbed the duct tape (which I believe was already in her car, left there from a prior use)and taped her mouth shut. Maybe she was only intending to leave her taped up for a short while but the over taping did her in. Casey flips out and tries to think of what she can tell her parents. She goes back to her parents house. Sets up the pool ladder thinking she can say she drowned in the pool. She lays Caylee on the ground while she's doing this. Then she realizes, Caylee doesn't have a swim suit on. What will I say when my parents ask me, 'why did you put the pool ladder out and Caylee wasn't yet dressed to go swimming?". Scraps the pool drowning idea. Maybe I can bury her. Borrows shovel. Ground is too hard. What next to do? She's got a limp, dead daughter to deal with. She grabs a laundry room bag and plastic bag. She bags up Caylee and lays her in the trunk of the car. She mentally goes someplace safe in her mind and ends up at Tony's apt. She comes up with her Zanny story. Caylee is in the trunk. A few days later, Dad almost busts her when she must hand him back gas cans from her trunk plus the odor is getting worse. Quick, must dispose of body before Dad finds me again. But where? She's by the woods near the school. Stops car and checks. No other cars coming, quickly opens the trunk, scoops of the body, races into the woods, dumps body, races back to car and breathes sigh of relief and prays no one finds Caylee.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7611061455662911041.post-44400568595104604142010-05-23T15:50:07.419-05:002010-05-23T15:50:07.419-05:00Well thank you KB!

I think it was in the vicinity of around $300. The bank reimbursed Shirley the money but before they could press charges, Cindy paid the money to the bank. It seems to me that this all happened prior to June 15th. I tend to think that Shirley is telling the truth and that Cindy could not persuade her to lie to keep the peace but who knows.

I do believe that a fight occured the evening of June 15th and it seems that it was over something Cindy learned from her visit with Shirley.snoopysleuthhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09468858754786477314noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7611061455662911041.post-73432682540532965442010-05-23T00:18:30.508-05:002010-05-23T00:18:30.508-05:00Hey Snoopy~I tend to be a night owl too.

I feel as though I read it somewhere. Do you remember if Shirley's e-mails speak of it? Info overload in the worst way.

I think Casey gave the defense all sorts of "thread" to embroider her original nanny story and defense in general in these letters.I never thought about the seizure angle. geesh!

Thanks for the confirmation on Caylee's birthday(I wrote the 9th first but info overload kicked in).

I wonder if Casey ever mentioned the possibility Eric Baker was Caylee's dad before he died?
I don't know whether Jose missed the part about him bringing those letters to Casey or if it was that was outweighed by the opportunities Casey's letters presented. Well he certainly didn't read about Casey saying that Baez brought her letters from her parents which are considered contraband because they were not screened by jail administration.

I am certain that Lyon will use the sexual abuse from these letters. I am also leery when Casey mentions the seizures and headaches. I wonder if the defense will say that Casey killed Caylee during a seizure and didn't remember until she came to. She then went into a panic and hid and then disposed of the body.

When Zanny the nannie is mentioned, it makes me feel like Casey is describing herself. She unconsciously makes excuses for the nannie.

BTW, Caylee DOB was Aug 09/05. Eric James Baker moved to Kentucky and got killed in a motor vehicle accident there in the spring of /07.

I could be wrong but I thought Shirley Plesea gave Casey a check for her birthday and Casey stole the router number off it. I remember a check was stolen from Shirley ...Patty,
I remember a check was stolen from Shirley P.'s purse at,or around the time of Caylee's second birthday. I think Caylee's birthday was Aug.9 hmmm or was it the 12th? To be perfectly honest, I'm on information overload.

I'm not certain when the money was removed from Mr. Pleasea's care account, spring of 2008 sounds right, first day of summer isn't until June 21.but I'm pretty sure that money was stolen via routing and account numbers.I think the theft happened before Father's Day, but I think it was likely discussed when Cindy took Caylee to see her parents that day. Seems likely that would have prompted Cindy to confront Casey that night......but then according to Cindy there was no fight that night. IIRC, Casey just decided to take her daughter away for a while so they could bond (none too soon she was almost 3 fcs.) The further out from July 2008, the less believeble the Anthony's scenerio of when, where and why Caylee went missing and died seems.....or is that just me feeling that way?
Thanks for coming by Patty! :)katfishhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17677596326492200191noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7611061455662911041.post-28588242674324292682010-05-22T20:32:27.225-05:002010-05-22T20:32:27.225-05:00katfish~~you have the patience of a saint. The reasons that Casey was considering "doing away with Caylee" was pretty complex but the "fight" is what gave her the "courage" to take action. I'm pretty sure that Cindy got an earful about Casey stealing from her grandfather's long-term care account on Father's Day.
I fear Caylee went through hell those last hours as Casey was probably in quite a "tizzie".
So sad. :`(katfishhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17677596326492200191noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7611061455662911041.post-17371034386914016902010-05-22T09:28:56.894-05:002010-05-22T09:28:56.894-05:00Ritanita,

Conclusion- abnormal psychology definitely applies and she seems to lie all the time, even when there seems no to reason to do so (as in benefit to her or the discussion at hand).
I bet you are right about Casey's use of "Cays" instead of Caylee.
I look forward to reading some forensic evidence, you know scientific tested and proven. That will be refreshing. I personally don't believe Casey has seizures of any sort.....just gives her something to think about.katfishhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17677596326492200191noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7611061455662911041.post-53108965396270810082010-05-22T08:24:14.192-05:002010-05-22T08:24:14.192-05:00In regards as to why Casey killed Caylee---correct...In regards as to why Casey killed Caylee---correct me if I'm wrong, but Casey let Cindy babysit quite often prior to June 16th. Cindy obviously had Caylee the day she took her to see her Dad on Father's Day. Something obviously changed upon Cindy's return from the nursing home and I think it was the "fight" the neighbor reportedly heard. And remember all the calls Casey made June 16th to C&G's cells and work numbers that went unanswered? I'm thinking mom and dad were still obviously mad from the arguement the night before. I always remember too the comment Lee claimed Casey said..."maybe I'm a spiteful bitch". Telling words. I'm just thinking "out loud" here, I know it's been hashed and rehashed. lol.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
